Riverbank Stay is an independent Adelaide guide and room-request desk for short stays at Eos by SkyCity. You are not reading a hotel site, a SkyCity site or an online casino. The aim is narrower: to set out what is published, what is not published, and how the Riverbank location works when you are choosing dates.

Who writes this site
This site is written from an Adelaide city perspective for travellers planning one to three nights near the river, the railway station, Adelaide Oval and North Terrace. It covers Eos by SkyCity because the hotel sits inside the SkyCity Adelaide complex on Festival Drive, with SkyCity Adelaide also addressed from North Terrace.
Riverbank Stay is not SkyCity Entertainment Group, not SkyCity Adelaide and not Eos by SkyCity. It does not take casino wagers, does not offer online casino access and does not handle hotel operations. When you send a room request through this site, the purpose is accommodation enquiry, not gaming.
The main hotel coverage begins on the home page. If you want the longer assessment of arrival, rooms, spa, rooftop and restaurants, use the full review. If you already know you are comparing categories, go straight to rooms and suites.
How facts are checked
Each page is built from dated source notes. Official SkyCity Adelaide pages and official market releases are treated as primary sources where they are reachable. The official sites used for checking are skycityadelaide.com.au and, where reachable, eosbyskycity.com.au. At the latest fact compilation for this site, the standalone Eos site was recorded as unreachable on 2026-10-23, so the pages do not rely on it for unsupported detail.
Where a detail is not published on the official pages checked, the wording says so. That applies to items such as hotel check-in and check-out times, casino opening hours, some parking details and any price or rate not supplied in the source notes. Where secondary sources are used, the page marks them as secondary rather than presenting them as a hotel statement.
The ownership position is also stated plainly. SkyCity Entertainment Group operates SkyCity Adelaide. A formal sale process was announced on 30 September 2026, with no certainty that it would result in any transaction or other outcome. This site does not speculate about possible buyers.
What is covered, and what is left alone

The casino is covered as part of the physical property only.
