Dated information, not a hotel contract

Riverbank Stay publishes dated editorial information about SkyCity Adelaide / Eos by SkyCity, including the hotel, rooms and suites, restaurants, Eos Spa, the Riverbank setting and the physical casino venue. The facts on the site are compiled from the sources stated in our working notes and reviewed as at the date used for the relevant page. A hotel page, restaurant page, spa page or operator announcement may change after we publish.

We aim to separate confirmed facts from details that are not published or not verified. If an official page was unreachable when facts were compiled, or if a detail was available only by secondary sources, our editorial pages should say so. You should treat all information as guidance for planning, not as a complete statement of the hotel’s current offer.

Nothing on this site guarantees that a room category, restaurant, spa appointment, bar, entrance, car park arrangement, casino area, service or published facility will be open, available or unchanged for your dates. Check important details before travel, especially if a particular facility is the reason for your stay. Room requests, availability and rates

A room request sent through Riverbank Stay is a request only. It is not a confirmed reservation. Availability, room category, inclusions, bedding, cancellation terms, payment rules and rates are set by the hotel or booking partner that responds to the request. Rates can change, and a room may sell out before a request is answered or accepted.

When you send dates, guest details and a preferred category, the desk may pass those details to the hotel or a booking partner so your request can be checked. Any confirmed booking is made between you and the hotel or booking partner, not with Riverbank Stay. You are responsible for reading the terms supplied at the time of booking, including payment timing, identification requirements, cancellation rules and any hotel policies that apply to your stay.

We do not take card details in the room-request form. We do not control the hotel’s allocation of Allure Rooms, Oasis Suites, Radiance River View Suites or The Grace Villa, and we cannot require the hotel to honour a request that has not been confirmed by it or its booking partner. Independence, commissions and official sites

Riverbank Stay is an independent review and room-request website. It is not SkyCity Adelaide, Eos by SkyCity, SkyCity Entertainment Group or an official hotel website. The official sites are skycityadelaide.com.au and, where reachable, eosbyskycity.com.au. Official pages should be used for the hotel’s own current statements.

The site may earn a commission if a room request made here becomes a confirmed stay. That commission is paid by the hotel or booking partner, not by the reader. More detail is set out on how this site earns. Editorial judgement is kept separate from any commission arrangement. We do not sell favourable wording, ratings or placement on these pages.

Our pages may link to official hotel booking or information pages with a nofollow attribute. Those external pages are not controlled by Riverbank Stay. If an external link, booking engine, hotel page or restaurant page is unavailable, inaccurate or changed, that does not make Riverbank Stay responsible for the external content.

Casino information and lawful use

Some pages describe the SkyCity Adelaide casino because it is part of the same property and precinct. The casino is a physical venue. Riverbank Stay does not offer, enable or arrange online casino play, and our role is limited to accommodation information and room requests.

Casino-related pages are factual and should not be treated as encouragement to gamble. You must use this site lawfully and must not misuse the request form, submit false details, interfere with the site, copy substantial parts of the site without permission, or use the content in a way that suggests Riverbank Stay, SkyCity Adelaide or Eos by SkyCity has endorsed your own publication or service.

Liability, changes and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Riverbank Stay excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on dated information, unavailable rooms, changed rates, altered facilities, external website errors, delays in responses, or decisions made by the hotel or a booking partner. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.

We may update these terms, the site structure, editorial pages and room-request process from time to time. The version published on this page applies when you use the site. If a material point matters to your trip, ask for it in writing before confirming a booking.
