Riverbank notes for a short stay at Eos
These notes sit beside the main review: smaller pieces for the parts of a stay that are easier to understand on foot. You are planning one to three nights, so the questions are practical: how you arrive, where the hotel sits, what is published, and what remains uncertain before you send a room request.

First night at Eos
A practical note on arriving, settling the room request, choosing dinner inside SkyCity Adelaide and reading the river precinct at night.

From station to lobby
How the published entrances shape a short walk with a bag, including North Terrace, Festival Plaza and the Railway Station tunnel on game days.

The sale process
What SkyCity Entertainment Group announced on 30 September 2026, what remains uncertain, and what a guest should watch before a stay.
What these notes cover
Eos by SkyCity is the 120-room hotel at SkyCity Adelaide, with the hotel address published as Festival Drive, Adelaide, SA 5000, Australia. SkyCity Adelaide also publishes North Terrace, Adelaide for the broader property. That split matters when you are arriving by train, tram, taxi or car, because the precinct has more than one public face.
The notes do not replace the full review, which covers the hotel, rooms, spa, rooftop and restaurants in one place. They are for the points that often decide a first night: which entrance makes sense with a bag, how much to plan before dinner, and what to watch when ownership news is in the market.
How to use them before you book
Start with the arrival note if you are coming through Adelaide Railway Station or North Terrace. The official plan-your-visit material names a Festival Plaza Entrance, a North Terrace Entrance and a Game Day Entrance via the Railway Station tunnel for Adelaide Oval AFL games. It also says Festival Car Park lifts connect to the eastern Festival Plaza entrance, but it does not publish rates or a space count.
If the room is the main question, compare the published categories on rooms and suites: Allure Rooms, Oasis Suites, Radiance River View Suites and The Grace Villa. Check the separate pages for restaurants, Eos Spa, and the rooftop and the bars when you are shaping an evening rather than just booking a bed.
A note on current ownership news
SkyCity Entertainment Group operates SkyCity Adelaide. On 30 September 2026 it announced that, after a strategic review of the Adelaide business, it would shortly commence a formal sale process led by UBS. The release also said there was no certainty that the process would result in any transaction or other outcome.
For a guest, that is a fact to know rather than a reason to guess. As of 2026-10-23, no completed sale or buyer was stated on the official pages fetched for this site. For the practical version, read the sale note, then use the room-request form with your dates and preferred category.
