Eos Spa: what is published before you book
Eos Spa is published by SkyCity Adelaide as BODHI Spa at Eos by SkyCity, on Hotel Level 1 at Festival Drive. If you are planning one or two nights on the Riverbank, the useful details are simple: where it sits, what facilities are listed beside it, and which practical points the hotel has not published on the pages checked.

Where the spa sits in the hotel
SkyCity Adelaide lists BODHI Spa at Eos by SkyCity on Level 1 of Eos, with the address given as Hotel Level 1, Festival Drive, Adelaide, South Australia 5000. The Eos page also refers to it as “Eos Spa + Wellness” and “Bodhi Spa at Eos”. For planning, treat these as the same spa offering published for the hotel.
The setting matters because Eos is not a detached resort. It is part of SkyCity Adelaide on the Riverbank, between North Terrace and Festival Plaza/Festival Drive. If you arrive by train, tram or on foot from the city centre, you are moving through the same precinct described in our getting there guide: the North Terrace side, the Festival Plaza side, and the hotel address on Festival Drive.
The spa is therefore best planned as part of a city stay rather than a day away from town. You can check in, leave your bag in the room if access is available, and keep the evening close to the hotel. For the room itself, use the published categories only: Allure Rooms, Oasis Suites, Radiance River View Suites and The Grace Villa, covered in more detail on our rooms and suites page.
Facilities and hours that are published
The hotel publishes a concise list of adjoining facilities for BODHI Spa at Eos. These are an adjoining gym, changing rooms, dry sauna, steam room, warm spa pool, swimming pool and quiet lounge. Separately, SkyCity Adelaide also publishes an outdoor pool on the Leisure Deck, described with sun lounges and the option to order a drink. The spa listing itself places the swimming pool and warm spa pool with the Level 1 spa facilities.
The published hours are open daily 10am–6pm, except public holidays. The spa phone number published by SkyCity Adelaide is 08 7077 3993. The official SkyCity page for the spa is BODHI Spa at Eos by SkyCity.
The treatment menu, treatment length, current prices, cancellation terms and public-holiday arrangements were not available in the facts checked for this page. That does not mean they are absent from the spa’s booking system or from direct communication with the spa. It means you should confirm the exact treatment, time and terms before you build the rest of your evening around it.
How to plan a spa evening without overloading it
For a short Adelaide stay, keep the spa evening simple. Aim to arrive with enough margin to find the Festival Drive side of the property, reach Hotel Level 1, and change without watching the clock. The published closing time is 6pm, so a late-evening treatment plan should be checked directly with the spa rather than assumed.
If you are staying one night, the safer pattern is to request a room for the night you want, then contact the spa once the stay is being arranged. Ask whether your preferred treatment time fits the published 10am–6pm window, and whether access to the adjoining gym, changing rooms, dry sauna, steam room, warm spa pool, swimming pool and quiet lounge is included with the treatment you choose. The facts checked for this guide do not state access rules.
After the spa, you can keep dinner nearby. SkyCity Adelaide publishes several restaurants and bars on the same property, while SOL Rooftop is on Level 9 with its own published trading hours. For a fuller choice-by-choice guide, use our page on restaurants, or the separate guide to the rooftop and the bars. Bookings, opening times and venue status should be checked for your date.
What is not published, and what to ask before you travel
Several hotel details useful to spa planning are not published on the Eos or rooms pages checked. Check-in and check-out times were not stated. Parking is described only as Festival Car Park, with lifts connecting to the eastern Festival Plaza entrance, and as “ample car parking” nearby. No car park operator, space count, rates or valet details were published on the official page checked.
The fetched pages also do not publish an airport distance, a spa price list, treatment durations, package names or dress guidance for the spa. Do not build a tight first-day schedule around any of those details unless the hotel or spa has confirmed them for your date. If you are arriving close to a match or concert night at Adelaide Oval, allow for the Riverbank to be busier and read our Adelaide Oval nights notes before fixing a time.
SkyCity Entertainment Group operates SkyCity Adelaide. A formal sale process was announced on 30 September 2026, with no certainty that it will result in any transaction or other outcome. That is a corporate status note, not a change to the published spa location or hours in the facts checked here.
